- How to do I set up a new profile?
To set up your profile and view the new Web site, please follow these instructions:
- Click on or copy and paste the following Web site link to access the AHL signup page: http://www.americanhealthline.com/signup.aspx.
- Indicate whether you currently subscribe to AHL or not on that page, click 'Next'.
- Fill in the New Account Information on the next page. You can continue to use your old username and password, or if you wish you can create a new username and/or password. Your may use your e-mail address as a username or any other login name and password combination that you wish.
- If you have an existing account please be sure to fill in the subscription reference box with some piece of identifying information so that we can associate your individual account with your existing subscription. Once you have completed your information, please select your e-mail preferences and then click Next.
- Does AHL have a privacy policy?
Yes, you can view the policy here.
- How do I change my profile?
Click on the My Profile tab or click here to edit/change your profile.
- I don’t remember my username/password:
Click on Forgot your Username/Password in the Subscription Login box (or access directly here). Please enter your e-mail address and you will be automatically mailed your username and a temporary password. Please set up a new password.
- I’m not getting my e-mails:
Please check your Spam filter and make sure that any e-mails from ahl@advisory.com are not getting filtered out there. If they are, please white-list them with your organization's IT group.
- I just completed a free trial, and now I want a subscription. What do I do?
Great! Please check out our subscription packages and e-mail us at ahl@advisory.com. We will get back to you with pricing information.
- What is a sub reference?
In the Subscription Reference box, we ask that you include some identifying piece of information so that we can connect your new profile with your subscription.
- I have a subscription, why did I get an e-mail saying my trial is expiring?
The information you provided might not match up with our data on your organization’s subscription. Please e-mail ahl@advisory.com and we will resolve the issue.
- How do I add or remove names from my organization's subscription account?
Please e-mail ahl@advisory.com and let us know who you would like to be removed from your organization’s subscription. To add someone to your account, the individual must go to the homepage and create a new profile.
